Loy Contemporary Art Gallery in collaboration with MobArt Indonesia is pleased to announce the launch of The Night the Stars Went Missing, the debut children’s book by New York–based artist Adam Handler, at its Armenian Street space. The launch follows Handler’s solo exhibition at Loy Gallery earlier this year and offers audiences another way to experience the artist’s distinctive world.​
About the book
The Night the Stars Went Missing is Adam Handler’s first
children’s book, inspired by themes and imagery drawn
from his paintings. More than a story, it invites readers into
a visual journey filled with wonder, tenderness, and
imagination. The book also includes activity pages that
encourage children to explore emotions and feelings, as
well as exercises that prompt them to draw and express
themselves creatively.
